The battery is the heart of your e-bike – with our all-inclusive care package, it’s fully protected.
Is it defective, dropped, not charging, or underperforming? No problem: we’ll replace it immediately and free of charge. The new battery will be on its way within 24 hours of your report.
You can get the all-inclusive service from enviado for €29 per month. In case of theft, a €250 deductible applies.
Our tip:
Often, the battery can be included in your store’s business contents insurance –
then you can get the deductible reimbursed by the insurance.

Advanced Leasing comes with the NO FLAT System, GPS tracking, and our wear parts subscription included.
Every year, we automatically send you 4× brake pads, 2× kickstands, and 2× chain for the SOLID, and 4× brake pads, 2× kickstands, and 1× chains for the RYDER.
That way, you always have spare parts ready when you need them – install them yourself or drop by one of our service partners.
Plus, the motor and rims are also fully covered under the all-inclusive care package.

In addition to batteries, you can also report service needs for your bikes here. You’ll get an immediate, confirmed appointment, visible directly in your app.
Our team comes to you, performs the repair, and as soon as your bike is ready to ride again, you’ll see it automatically in the app.

If a wheel ever fails, just give us a quick heads-up – we’ll replace the entire wheel free of charge. Already riding enviado E-Bikes with air tyres? The system can be easily retrofitted.
