We know, what our products are capable of. That’s why we provide a warranty on our bikes for the entire leasing period.
The battery is the heart of your e-bike – with our all-inclusive care package, it’s fully protected.
Is it defective, dropped, not charging, or underperforming? No problem: we’ll replace it immediately and free of charge. The new battery will be on its way within 24 hours of your report.
You can get the all-inclusive service from enviado for €29 per month. In case of theft, a €250 deductible applies.
Our tip:
Often, the battery can be included in your store’s business contents insurance –
then you can get the deductible reimbursed by the insurance.
With GPS tracking, you stay in control:
